Long-time institution of barbecue, Couch's of Jonesboro, Arkansas, is under new ownership. Kerry Nicholas, who got into his family barbecue business 28 years ago at age 9, is working hard to carry-on the tradition of what he knows and what Couch's has meant to generations of fans.
